This is a shared feast enjoyed in our courtyard or around long tables in our barns and covered spaces — with fires burning and the bars open.

In summer it’s flame, smoke and fast fire. In colder weather it’s cosy, slow and comforting — food cooked on grills and planks, and slow-simmered in three-legged pots until it’s rich, smoky and ready to share. No stiff formalities. No rushing. Just food with bold flavours, cooked over fires.
